Mirror unusable unless you wipe it so wet just like the rest of the room which is wet from floor to ceiling
Sofa on which you cannot sit because the cushions are soaked from the previous session.
Considering the price, it’s frankly overkill.

It is clearly not maintained, no effort in terms of decoration, which nevertheless contributes to the feeling of well-being.
A stained towel, very unpleasant smell of chlorine, a jacuzzi where you look for bubbles, not all the jets work!
I came a few years ago, we were treated to a fruit basket, nothing at all.
At a time when many spas exist, this one does not stand out at all and I would even say to avoid

We had a great relaxing time in this SPA in Loos. Sauna, Jacuzzi and Hammam. The space is very spacious. Pleasant welcome. Just a small downside for the smell of chlorine. An essential oil diffuser in the room would be a plus 😉 …

Accustomed to the “in my bubble” of Villeneuve d’Ascq, we came with confidence. When we arrived in the locker room, a spider was waiting for us, the mirror was cracked. We then looked for bubbles in the jacuzzi without much success. The water level was so low that when it rose the nozzles were in the air and splashing us. The hammam seemed poorly adjusted (much too hot) we spent 1 minute there sitting on two poorly fixed boards, placed on bricks with scalding water dripping from the ceiling. Between the smell of chlorine and methylated spirits, it was not pleasant. Only the sauna saved the furniture but even then it didn't smell good.
When at the end we were asked if it went well I launched a jacuzzi which lacked bubbles, no answer I didn't even try to detail everything that was wrong it didn't seem to interest him .
Never again.
I have already come twice for the spa, hammam and sauna. Very warm welcome, I am very happy. In addition to hair removal Mathilde is very kind and reassuring because I was afraid 😂.
